Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Custom or personalized jewellery is non refundable
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days
  • Contact us first before sending any item back
